Return & Refund Policy

Foristte Foulterr

At Foristte Foulterr, customer satisfaction is an important part of our commitment to delivering a refined shopping experience.

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from our collection of men's fashion and accessories. This Return & Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, refunds, faulty products and order-related concerns.

Our policy is designed to operate in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including the consumer guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under applicable Australian consumer protection laws.

1. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Products sold by Foristte Foulterr must:

  • Be of acceptable quality.

  • Be safe, durable and free from defects, taking into account the nature of the product and other relevant circumstances.

  • Match their descriptions and any applicable samples.

  • Be reasonably fit for their intended purpose.

  • Meet any express warranties or additional promises made by our store.

These statutory rights apply independently of our voluntary return policy.

2. Change-of-Mind Returns — 30 Days

We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected.

Foristte Foulterr offers a voluntary 30-day return period for eligible change-of-mind purchases.

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order if you are not satisfied with the fit, style, colour or overall suitability of your purchase.

To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the product must:

  • Be unused, unworn and unwashed, except for reasonable handling necessary to try on clothing.

  • Be in its original condition.

  • Have all original tags and labels attached.

  • Be returned with its original packaging, where reasonably possible.

  • Be accompanied by an order number or proof of purchase.

Items showing signs of use, washing, alterations, stains, odours or damage caused after delivery may not qualify for a voluntary change-of-mind return.

These conditions apply only to voluntary change-of-mind returns. They do not restrict your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If your return is approved under this voluntary policy, we will provide a refund in accordance with the terms below.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team.

Email: contact@foristtefoulterr.store

Website: https://foristtefoulterr.store

Please include the following information:

  • Your full name.

  • Your order number.

  • The email address associated with your purchase.

  • The product you wish to return.

  • The reason for your return.

For faulty, damaged or incorrect products, photographs may help us assess the issue more efficiently.

However, photographs are not an absolute requirement for exercising your statutory consumer rights.

Our customer support team will review your request and provide the appropriate return instructions.

Please do not send products to an address without first confirming the correct return destination with our support team.

This return authorisation process does not prevent you from exercising any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, materially different from its description or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Where a product has a major failure, you may be entitled to choose between a refund and a replacement.

A major failure may include situations where:

  • The product is unsafe.

  • The product is significantly different from its description or sample.

  • The product has a serious problem that would have prevented a reasonable consumer from purchasing it had they known about the issue.

  • The product cannot be used for its intended purpose and cannot be easily repaired within a reasonable time.

For minor failures, we may offer a repair within a reasonable time at no cost.

If we cannot or do not remedy the minor failure within a reasonable time, you may become entitled to further remedies, including a refund or replacement.

Where we have sent an incorrect product, we will arrange an appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.

We will not require you to accept store credit instead of a refund where you are legally entitled to a refund.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Change-of-Mind Returns

For voluntary change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

We recommend using a reliable postal service and retaining proof of lodgement and tracking information.

Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable for voluntary change-of-mind returns.

These conditions apply only where the return is not required by law.

Faulty or Non-Compliant Products

Where a product is confirmed to have a fault or fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees, Foristte Foulterr will reimburse reasonable return postage costs.

We may also arrange a prepaid return label or another suitable collection method.

If a product cannot reasonably be returned, removed or transported without significant cost because of the nature of the fault or the size or characteristics of the product, we will arrange collection at our expense where required by law.

Please retain any postage receipts if you incur reasonable return costs.

We will not impose restocking fees or other charges that unlawfully restrict your consumer guarantee rights.

6. Refund Eligibility and Processing

Once we receive and assess your return, we will notify you of the outcome by email.

For approved voluntary change-of-mind returns, we aim to process refunds within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method wherever possible.

For refunds required under the Australian Consumer Law, we will provide the applicable refund within a reasonable time and in the same form as the original payment, unless we mutually agree otherwise.

Where a full refund is required by law, we will not deduct an amount for normal use of a faulty product.

Any delivery charges or other reasonably foreseeable losses will also be addressed where required by law.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before refunded funds appear in your account.

If you have not received your refund after receiving confirmation from us, please contact:

contact@foristtefoulterr.store

7. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for another size, colour or style, please contact our customer support team.

Voluntary exchanges are subject to product availability and the change-of-mind conditions outlined in this policy.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will discuss the available options with you.

Where a replacement is required under Australian Consumer Law, your statutory rights will apply regardless of the conditions of our voluntary exchange policy.

We will not require you to pay additional shipping charges for a replacement where doing so would be inconsistent with your legal rights.

8. Sale and Promotional Items

Products purchased during sales, clearance events or promotional offers remain protected by the Australian Consumer Law.

A discounted price does not remove your statutory rights to an appropriate remedy for a faulty or non-compliant product.

Eligible sale items may also be returned under our voluntary 30-day change-of-mind policy, provided they satisfy the applicable conditions.

Where a promotional purchase includes multiple items or complimentary products, please contact us for instructions concerning the return of the relevant promotional items.

Any refund adjustment associated with a voluntary promotional return will be explained before the return is finalised and will not limit your statutory rights.

9. Orders That Are Lost or Not Delivered

If your order has not arrived, please contact us at:

contact@foristtefoulterr.store

Include your order number and any available tracking information.

We will investigate the delivery issue and work with the relevant delivery provider to determine an appropriate resolution.

If we cannot supply your order within the agreed timeframe or a reasonable time, we will provide a remedy as required by Australian Consumer Law.

Depending on the circumstances, this may involve arranging a replacement, offering an appropriate alternative with your agreement, or issuing a refund.

We will not automatically deny a refund solely because a parcel has been transferred to a third-party delivery provider.

10. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will attempt to accommodate cancellation requests before an order has been dispatched.

If an order has already been dispatched, it may need to be handled through our return process after delivery.

Where cancellation is accepted before dispatch, we will arrange a refund of the applicable payment.

Nothing in this section limits your legal rights to cancel an order or obtain a refund where we fail to meet our obligations under Australian Consumer Law.

11. Proof of Purchase

We may request reasonable proof of purchase when processing a return, exchange or refund.

Acceptable evidence may include:

  • An order confirmation email.

  • A digital receipt.

  • An order number.

  • A relevant payment transaction record.

  • Other documentation reasonably demonstrating that the product was purchased from our store.

A paper receipt is not the only acceptable form of proof of purchase.

We will consider reasonable evidence in accordance with applicable consumer protection requirements.

12. Products Damaged Through Misuse

Australian Consumer Law does not generally require a business to provide a remedy where a problem was caused by a consumer's misuse of a product.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care or alterations made after purchase may affect eligibility for a remedy, depending on the circumstances.

However, a product's age, previous use or removal from its original packaging does not automatically eliminate your statutory consumer rights.

Each concern will be assessed according to the nature of the product, the circumstances of the issue and applicable Australian consumer protection laws.

13. Consumer Guarantees and Manufacturer Warranties

Any manufacturer's warranty or additional commercial warranty is separate from the statutory consumer guarantees provided by Australian Consumer Law.

Your consumer guarantee rights cannot be excluded by a warranty period or replaced by a manufacturer's warranty.

If you purchase a product from Foristte Foulterr and it fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may contact us directly for assistance.

We will not require you to resolve a consumer guarantee claim exclusively with the manufacturer or supplier.

14. Changes to This Policy

Foristte Foulterr may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time to reflect operational changes or applicable legal requirements.

Any updates will be published on our website.

Changes to this policy will not retrospectively remove consumer rights or contractual entitlements that have already arisen.

We encourage customers to review the policy applicable to their purchase.

15. Contact Information

16. Governing Consumer Protection Framework

This policy is intended to operate in accordance with applicable Australian consumer protection legislation, including:

  • The Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

  • Schedule 2 of that Act, known as the Australian Consumer Law.

  • Applicable state and territory consumer protection legislation, where relevant.

If any provision of this policy conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection requirement, the applicable legal requirement will prevail.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
